The food we serve at Villa Aske is inspired by the Mediterranean, but made using top-quality Swedish ingredients. The menu changes with the seasons, and just as in Italy, with natural, authentic flavours. A sun-kissed tomato, a light dusting of Parmesan, a new variety of blueberry – for us, food is both sensual and an adventure. The aroma of freshly-baked bread wafts from our own bakery, where every day we bake sourdough bread, foccacia, biscotti and much more besides – all from scratch.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at the restaurant in the main building’s ground floor. Breakfast is served between 7:00 – 9:00 am weekdays and between 8:00 – 11:00 am at the weekends. Morning and afternoon coffee will be served in the same building there you have your conference.

Now you can experience our rustic version at the Italian dinner. A so-called ”sharing dinner” where the food is placed on the table in bowls and on plates that are sent around in your company for your own serving. Sharing dinner is a set menu. Unfortunately, we find it difficult to take into account allergies or other dietary requirements. Then we recommend instead that you book our 4-course Italian menu.
